As of the end of 1998, the theatre has been leased to Syncor Entertainment (the same folks who have the Grand Palace and Wild West Show).

Melinda has taken her show to Las Vegas.

Melinda's Magical Mansion is home to Melinda First Lady of Magic where she perfoms her stage show. The stage show includes many of the poplular illusions from her TV show and her international tour. Ranked by USA Today as one of the top three magicians in the world. The other two are David Copperfied and Sigfried & Roy. Melinda is the first woman inducted into the Movie and Magic Hall of Fame in 1995.

Three full size Frederick Remington bronze Arabian horses grace the entrance to this state-of-the-art venue. The lobbies are beautifully deocrated and are the most spacious in Branson.
