Grand Ballroom - 45,000-square-footCirque du Soleil's "O" - "O" is a stage production developed and produced by Montreal based Cirque du Soleil consisting of an international cast of synchronized swimmers, divers, acrobats, aerialists and characters dazzle audiences in a magnificent 1,800 seat theatre reminiscent of the Paris Opera House... a fusion of circus arts, modern theatrical effects, live music, dance, and water.
Bellagio Ballroom - 23,000-square-foot
14 meeting rooms ranging in size from 1,000 to 10,000 square feet.
"O" opened Monday 19 October with a record setting ticket price of $100 for orchestra seats. Previous high for a production show in Las Vegas was the $89.35 established by Siegfried & Roy at the Mirage Hotel. The only place I know to see a seating chart is at The Bellagio "O" box office. Tickets are on sale one month in advance. Hotel guests of Mirage Resorts properties may purchase tickets up to three months prior to a performance.
Named phonetically after the French word for water, eau, the show uses a 1.5 million gallon tank of water as its stage and features a cast of 75 performers from around the word. "O" is the largest theater production show ever to be stage in a tank of water.

Faberge at Bellagio August 2002
More than 125 Faberge items will make up the "Faberge and The Age of
Imperial Russia" exhibit at the Bellagio for five months, beginning in
late August 2002.
Among the items will be a number of what many consider to be the greatest of the Faberge Easter eggs, commissioned by the Imperial family from the workshops of Peter-Karl Faberge. Accompanying the collection currently housed in the Armory Museum at the Kremlin in Moscow will be art objects from the imperial wardrobe and jewelry, among others.
Included will be a tin box of Faberge jewelry found hidden in the floorboard of a Faberge manager's car just before he was arrested during the 1917 Communist revolution that has never been shown outside Russia. Reported Tuesday 4 June 2002.
