The Huntridge Theatre is closed and the building has been sold.
The Sanctuary, on the grounds of the Huntridge Theater, closed in July 2001.

The Huntridge Performing Arts Theater, aka The Huntridge Theatre, opened on 5 October 1994.

The Huntridge Theatre was sold in January 2002 to Eli Mizrachi. The Cima's Furniture store next door is owned by the Mizrachi family. The last event held at the Huntridge Theatre was on 30 July 2004. They were the metal acts of Dimmu Borgir, Bleeding Through and God Forbid. There were some plans to renovate the theatre but it never re-opened. There are currently no announced plans for the property.

The Huntridge Theatre is located about 5 minutes from The Fremont Street Experience in downtown Las Vegas in the historic Huntridge District near the corner of East Charston and Maryland Parkway. The Sanctuary is located behind the Huntridge on Maryland Parkway just south of Charleston Blvd.
