Location: See Map for Qualcomm Stadium location. From I-8, take I-15 exit north. Then from I-15 take the Friars Road Exit. Qualcomm Stadium is just northwest of the intersection of I-8 and I-15 freeways and is prominently visible from both freeways.

General: Home of two major league teams: for baseball there is the Padres and for football there is the chargers. Also hosts some larger venue concert events such as U2 in the spring 1997. The Qualcomm Stadium was previously known as the San Diego Jack Murphy Stadium.
