Comments
"Anger Management", the movie is about a mild-mannered Dave Buznik (Sandler) who is accused of a crime and ordered to an anger management program by Judge Daniels (Thigpen). The anger management program is run by Doctor Buddy Rydell (Nicholson) who seems to be the one with the real anger management problem. Dave Buznik seems to be the last one that should be attending these anger management sessions.

imho - Mild-mannered Adam Sandler takes us along a funny series of contrived situations played against the explosive anger of Nicholson.

Nicholson does a wonderful job of setting up the movie. A mystified Doctor who you sense from the begining that he is not all there and soon discovered that he is really totally psycho himself. Then he introduces Buznik to the therapy group.

After the movie setup, it is all Sandler comedy with Buznik finding himself losing total control over even the most simplistic things in his life like his quiet time in his own apartment and his girlfriend.

This movie seems to jump from one setup scene to another. Try not to follow the plot. Just enjoy the interactions between Sandler and Nicholson as Buznik loses total control over his life. Most scenes are expected but some are funny and enjoyable. If you like Adam Sandler then you will love the movie.

Though the movie is rated PG-13, the language is crude so it may not be for all families. Not a great movie but the movie can be quite funny and entertaining. Anger Management should do quite well at the box office. A must see for Adam Sandler fans.
