is the perfect movie inspired by Frederick Knott's classic play "Dial
M for Murder," filmed in 1954 by Alfred Hitchcock, this new screenplay
updates, expands and considerably alters the original material. In the
original, the husband is trying to get rid of his wife by blackmailing
some one else to murder her. The wife kills her would be killer.
