American Music Awards, Jan. 11, 8:00 am on ABC - David will be one of the many celebrity presenters.

Buffy Film - "Buffy" feature film in development, based, naturally, on the TV show. Reported in 5 June 1998 Daily Variety. 

Spinoff - Will David return next season?  Seems Angel has turned up dead in this season's final episode after doing a 'good vampire - bad vampire - good vampire' spin.  He spun a little too late to be saved from 
Buffy's rath.  BUT - He'll be baaaack.  Warner Brothers has ordered 13 episodes of "Angel".  The series will star David as Angel and will debut in the fall of 1999.  The new series is geared toward a more adult theme with a single episode format as opposed to a continuing story.  The series will take place in Sunnydale. 

Background - Born in upstate New York, David's family moved to Philadelphia where his father was a weatherman at WPVI.  Afer graduation from Ithaca College, David moved to the West Coast. 

Discovered - David was discovered while walking his dog.  A man who happened to be a manager noticed him and thought he had "the look". 

TV exposure - David appeared in the comedy series "Married With Children" and in the TV movie,"Men Don't Lie". 

"Buffy the Vampire Slayer" - As Angel in "Buffy the Vampire Slayer" he plays the 242 year-old bloodsucker with a sensitive and sensual appeal. Quoting Boreanaz, "He's a vampire with a conscience." Angel is actually a good (?) vampire, and a romantic relationship is brewing with pal Buffy (Sarah Michelle Gellar). Stay tuned. 

Films - David was in group scenes in the 1993 movie "Aspen Extreme" which starred Paul Gross (Due South) and Peter Berg (Chicago Hope).
