Background Ethan began acting when he was 10, performing in community theater which then led to commercials. Notable screen roles: In "Vegas Vacation" Ethan played Rusty Griswald, the son of Chevy Chase's character. He performed his own stunts in "White Squall. Ethan played the role of The Bass Player in "That Thing You Do". In "Dancer, Texas Pop. 81" Ethan plays one of four friends who vow to leave town together after graduation. Now they have to put up or shut up. He also is credited under the name Ethan Randall.
