 Born
on 1983, talented Gregory Smith, his first acting assignment was at the
age of 14 months when he appeared in a Tide commercial.

Gregory starred in "Small Soldiers"
which opened 10 July 1998 by DreamWorks.
Gregory Smith plays Alan Abernathy in the upcoming
"Small Soldiers". He is the winner of a 1997 Young Artist Award, recently
co-starred with Richard Dreyfuss and Jenna Elman in the comedy "Krippendorf's
Tribe." He previously co-starred as Harriet's friend Sport in "Harriet
the Spy," with Rosie O'Donnell. He next stars with John Hurt and David
Straithairn in the independent feature "The Climb," a coming-of-age tale,
which is due out later this year.
Smith has also been seen on television in the
U.S. and Canada. He most recently starred opposite Shelley Duvall in the
Showtime film "My Teacher Ate My Homework," a thriller about a student
who fights for his teacher's life as she is slowly transformed into a living
doll. He also co-starred with Francis Fisher in the telefilm "The Other
Mother," and guest starred on such series as "The Commish," "The Outer
Limits," "Mom P.I.," "Fly By Night," "Street Justice" "The Hat Squad,"
:"Sirens," "M.A.N.T.I.S." and Nickelodeon's "Are You Afraid of the Dark?".
A dual citizen of the United States and Canada,
Smith began acting at the age of six. He appeared in the movie "Andre,"
before landing his first starring role in the fantasy "Leaping Leprechauns,"
followed by the sequel "Spellbreaker." He also starred in "The Adventures
of Captain Zoom in Outer Space."
Family - Gregory has two younger brothers,
Douglas and Andrew and one sister, Samatha.
